He is infested with internal/external parasites and is mildly anemic. He is super sweet, very smart and loves attention. He loads in a trailer and stands for the farrier. We will update as he progresses. Please consider making a donation towards A Medalist's Rehabilitation.

A Medalist was picked for our 3rd Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. He was chosen by Trainer Nadia Males. Nadia will be working with A Medalist for the next 100 days, turning A Medalist into a dependable riding companion. Nadia will be going against 11 Trainers in our Trainer's Challenge. We also have 7 Youth Trainers competing in our Trainer's Challenge. Competition is set for April 26, 2014 at the Lazy E Arena, Guthrie, Oklahoma. For additional information regarding our Trainer's Challenge, please visit our trainer's challenge website and follow your favorite Trainer/Rescue Horse on their journey to competition.
